• Carefully inspect all tank surfaces. Report any problems such as dents, sloppy weld seams, etc.
• Remove any weld spatter with hand chipper and/or electric grinder.
• With a solvent-dampened shop cloth, wipe down all tank surfaces and move tank to painting area.
• If tank is to be painted later, move it carefully to temporary storage.
